Sealed bids for the construction of the following project will be received by the Caddo-Bossier Parishes Port Commission at The Regional Commerce Center, 6000 Doug Attaway Blvd., Shreveport, LA 71115 until November 18, 2021, at 2:00 p.m., at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bids will be received after 2:00 p.m. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on November 9, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. at the Regional Commerce Center.
