Shreveport, La/Bossier City, La. – The Caddo-Bossier Parishes Port Commission elected its officers to lead the Port for the next year at its meeting on January 13, 2025.
Joshua K. Williams will serve as President of the Commission, replacing current President, Bill Altimus. Williams has served on the commission since 2021, when he was appointed to represent the City of Shreveport.

Retired Judge Stephen V. Callaway was elected vice-president of the commission. Longtime Port Commissioner James D. Hall will serve as secretary-treasurer.
