Caddo-Bossier Parishes Port Commission Elects Officers For 2026-2027 Term

Shreveport/Bossier City, La. – The Caddo-Bossier Parishes Port Commission elected officers to lead the Port for the next year at its meeting on January 12, 2026.

Joshua K. Williams was elected to a second term as President of the Commission. Williams has served on the Caddo-Bossier Parishes Port Commission since 2021. He represents the City of Shreveport.

“It is an honor to serve as President of the Caddo-Bossier Parishes Port Commission for a second term,” said Joshua Williams. “The Port continues to play an important role in economic development in northwest Louisiana. The Port staff works every day to serve our current tenants and to attract new companies, creating new jobs and expanding our local tax base.”

Retired Judge Stephen V.  Callaway will serve a second term as commission vice president. The commission’s newest member, Brian Crawford, was selected to serve as secretary-treasurer. Crawford was appointed to the commission last year to represent the City of Bossier.
